Are your decomposition cleanup technicians trained for biohazard work?

Yes. Code Three Trauma Clean’s certified biohazard and trauma cleanup professionals are trained in OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, EPA safety guidelines, and relevant PPE protocols. The company follows OSHA, EPA, and CDC regulatory standards for hazardous materials handling, decontamination, and disposal.

Is it safer to clean a decomposition scene myself?

Professional assessment is the safer choice when bodily fluids, affected porous materials, or persistent odor are present. Avoid touching or moving affected items and keep other people and pets away until you receive guidance. The appropriate response depends on the materials and conditions at the property.

How long does cleanup take, and when can the space be used again?

The timing depends on the extent of contamination, materials involved, and site conditions. The team can discuss an expected work plan after assessing the scene, and will explain any relevant next steps before you use treated areas again.

Does Code Three Trauma Clean offer a warranty or guarantee?

Any warranty or guarantee should be confirmed with the company for the specific job before work is authorized. Ask for the applicable terms in writing, along with the proposed work and final review details.

Can you help with insurance paperwork for a De Soto property?

Yes, assistance with insurance claims and documentation may be available when applicable. Code Three Trauma Clean can discuss the records it can provide, while your insurer determines policy coverage.
