Are your infectious disease cleanup technicians qualified for this work?

Yes. Code Three Trauma Clean's certified biohazard and trauma cleanup professionals are trained in OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, EPA safety guidelines, and relevant PPE protocols. The company follows OSHA, EPA, and CDC regulatory standards for hazardous materials handling, decontamination, and biohazard disposal.

What should I do before technicians arrive?

Keep people away from the suspected contaminated area and do not attempt to clean or move materials. Share what you know about the incident and site access when you call. The team can discuss any additional preparation after understanding the situation.

How is the cleanup scope decided, and what can affect cost?

The scope and cost depend on the affected area, materials, contamination extent, and site conditions. Technicians assess the situation and explain the proposed work before proceeding. Insurance documentation assistance may be available when applicable.

Can you respond at night or help with sensitive situations?

Around-the-clock service, including nights and weekends, is available for emergency cleanup situations. Cleanup is handled confidentially and with respect for affected individuals and properties. Call to confirm response availability for your specific circumstances.
