Should I hire an infectious disease cleanup team or a regular cleaning service?

Specialized cleanup is worth discussing when potentially infectious materials or biohazard disposal may be involved. A regular cleaning service may not have the relevant training or PPE protocols for that situation. Describe the incident and affected area to Code Three Trauma Clean so we can discuss whether our service fits.

Can your team respond at night or on weekends in Lake St. Louis?

Yes, around-the-clock emergency service is available, including nights and weekends, for urgent trauma and biohazard cleanup situations. Response timing depends on the request and dispatch circumstances, so call and share the location and urgency.

What should I do before technicians arrive?

Avoid disturbing suspected contamination and keep others away from the affected area when practical. When you call, share what happened, which spaces may be affected, and any access or occupancy concerns. The team can explain any additional steps based on the information available.

Can you help with insurance paperwork, and how is the cost determined?

Code Three Trauma Clean can assist with insurance claims and documentation when applicable, but the insurer decides coverage. Cost depends on the affected area, materials, and work required after assessment. Contact us with the known details to discuss the situation and next steps.

Will the cleanup be handled discreetly?

Yes, teams work confidentially and treat affected individuals and properties with respect. They aim to minimize disruption while carrying out the agreed cleanup. You can raise privacy or access concerns when arranging service.
