Which rooms and materials should I mention when requesting infectious disease cleanup?

Tell the team which spaces or materials may be affected and what is known about the concern. The site assessment helps clarify the proposed work, affected areas, and any limits before cleanup begins.

What should I do before the cleanup team arrives?

Avoid disturbing suspected contaminated materials and share any access or occupancy concerns when you call. The team can explain the next steps based on the situation; do not assume a specific preparation is required until it is discussed.
