Are your technicians trained to handle odor concerns involving biohazards?

Yes, Code Three Trauma Clean’s certified biohazard and trauma cleanup professionals are trained in OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, EPA safety guidelines, and relevant PPE protocols. The team follows applicable OSHA, EPA, and CDC standards for hazardous materials handling, decontamination, and disposal.

What should I do before the team arrives?

If you suspect a biohazard, keep people away from the affected area and avoid disturbing materials. When you contact the team, describe the odor, suspected source, location, and any immediate safety concerns so it can discuss suitable next steps.

Can you help with insurance documentation for odor cleanup?

Assistance with insurance claims and documentation is available when applicable for homeowners, business policies, and liability coverage. Ask what documentation may be provided, and confirm coverage and payment questions with your insurer.

How long does odor removal take, and what affects the timing?

Timing depends on the odor source, affected materials, site conditions, and cleanup required. The team can discuss expectations after learning about the situation; no fixed duration can be confirmed without that information.
