Can Code Three Trauma Clean provide odor removal at my Pacific, MO property?

Contact us to confirm service availability for your Pacific address and the type of odor concern. Code Three Trauma Clean serves the Greater St. Louis region in Missouri and parts of Illinois, with odor work focused on situations connected to trauma or biohazard cleanup.

What should I do before technicians arrive?

Keep people away from any area you believe may be contaminated, and do not disturb suspected hazardous materials. Share the known source, affected areas, access details, and any safety concerns when you call.

Are technicians trained to handle odors connected to biohazards?

Yes. Code Three Trauma Clean's certified biohazard and trauma cleanup professionals are trained in OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, EPA safety guidelines, and relevant PPE protocols. Work involving hazardous materials follows applicable OSHA, EPA, and CDC standards.

How long does odor removal take, and can the result be guaranteed?

Timing and results depend on the odor source, affected materials, access, and the work required. The team can explain the proposed scope after assessing the situation, but it cannot promise a fixed duration or outcome before those conditions are known.

Can I stay in the property during cleanup?

That depends on the affected area, contamination concerns, and the work plan. Tell the team who uses the property and ask which areas should remain clear; they can discuss appropriate access and safety precautions for the specific job.
