Are your rodent cleanup technicians trained to handle contaminated materials safely?

Yes. Code Three Trauma Clean's certified biohazard and trauma cleanup professionals are trained in OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, EPA safety guidelines, and relevant PPE protocols. The team follows applicable OSHA, EPA, and CDC standards for hazardous-material handling and decontamination.

Should I move droppings or nesting debris before the team arrives?

Avoid disturbing suspect rodent debris while arranging an assessment. Describe what you see and where it is located when you call, and ask the team for situation-specific guidance.

Can you help with cleanup documentation for an insurance claim?

Assistance with insurance claims and documentation is available when applicable. Policy coverage and reimbursement vary, so confirm those details with your insurer.

What should I do after rodent cleanup is complete?

Ask the technicians to review the treated area and explain any recommended next steps. Cleanup does not guarantee that rodents will not return, so discuss any ongoing pest-control concerns separately.
