Are your technicians qualified to handle rodent-contaminated areas?

Code Three Trauma Clean's certified biohazard and trauma cleanup professionals are trained in OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, EPA safety guidelines, and relevant PPE protocols. The team follows OSHA, EPA, and CDC regulatory standards for hazardous materials handling, decontamination, and biohazard disposal.

Should I clean or prepare the area before your team arrives?

No, avoid disturbing suspected contaminated debris before receiving guidance. Keep children and pets away, and tell the team what you have observed and how technicians can access the area.

Can rodent cleanup reduce the risk compared with cleaning it myself?

Professional handling can reduce direct contact with contaminated material and help limit disturbance during cleanup. The appropriate precautions depend on the site, so avoid sweeping or vacuuming debris and request an assessment.

Can you help with insurance paperwork, and what happens after cleanup?

Assistance with insurance claims and documentation may be available when applicable, but coverage decisions belong to your insurer. After the work, the team can review what was completed and provide relevant documentation; follow any site-specific guidance shared during that review.
